FAQs
Welcome! We’re Glad You’re Here.
Visiting a new church can feel intimidating. We want to make your first experience simple, meaningful, and comfortable. Here are answers to some common questions you may have.
What kind of church are you?
We are an evangelical Christian church. That means we believe the Bible is God’s Word, that salvation is a gift of grace through faith in Jesus Christ, and that the good news (“gospel”) of Jesus is for everyone.
Our church family includes people from many different backgrounds, cultures, and stages of life. Whether you’ve followed Jesus for years, are just exploring faith, or are unsure what you believe, you are welcome here.
What should I expect when I visit?
When you arrive, you’ll be greeted by our pastor or by our friendly volunteers. Our services typically include:
Singing (contemporary worship music and sometimes hymns)
Prayer
A practical, Bible-centered message
A typical service lasts about 60–75 minutes.
We aim for a gathering that is relaxed — meaningful, but not intimidating.
What should I wear?
Come as you are. You’ll see everything from jeans and casual wear to business casual. We care far more about you than about what you wear.
Will I be singled out as a visitor?
No. We won’t ask you to stand up, raise your hand, or do anything that makes you uncomfortable. If you’d like to connect, we’ll provide simple, low-pressure ways to do so — but that’s entirely up to you.
What if I’m not sure what I believe?
You’re in good company.
Church isn’t just for people who have everything figured out. It’s a place to explore life’s biggest questions.
We welcome honest questions and thoughtful conversation.
What do you believe about Jesus?
We believe Jesus is the Son of God who came to reveal God’s love to the world. He lived a sinless life, died on the cross for our sins, and rose again so that we could have forgiveness and new life.
We believe salvation is not something we earn — it is a gift of grace received by faith.
Do I have to give money?
No. If you are visiting, please don’t feel any obligation to give. Giving is an act of worship for those who consider this their church home. Our desire is that your first experience is about encountering God, not about finances.
What about my kids?
We love families! In fact, family is at the center of everything we do.
We offer safe, engaging, age-appropriate environments where children can learn about God in ways they understand. All volunteers are carefully screened and trained.
You’re also welcome to keep your children with you in the service if that makes you more comfortable.
How long are your services?
Our Sunday services typically last about 60–75 minutes.
Do you offer anything beyond Sunday services?
Yes! Church is more than a weekly gathering. We offer:
Bible studies
Prayer gatherings
Service opportunities in our community
Events for men, women, students, and families
We believe spiritual growth happens best in community.
I’ve been hurt by church before. Is this a safe place?
We are deeply sorry if you’ve experienced hurt in the past. Sadly, churches are made up of imperfect people.
We are committed to being a place marked by grace, humility, and truth. If you choose to visit, we hope you will encounter compassion, authenticity, and the healing love of Christ.

What is your mission?
Our mission is to:
Lead people into a personal and intimate relationship with Jesus.
Teach, preach, pray, and care for people from every background, ethnicity, and culture.
Develop well-rounded believers so that they can discover and fulfill God’s purpose for their lives.
Nurture a faith-driven congregation where members reflect the image of God in every area of their lives.
Develop ministry and marketplace leaders to advance the kingdom of God in righteousness.
We desire to grow as disciples of Christ and to share His love in our homes, workplaces, neighborhoods, and around the world.
